I remove people from my ignore list daily but I have 1 person with 5 different accounts that are on perma ignore because everytime that I remove him he messages me. Even after a week thinking I can safely un-ignore him there he is.

i had a guy on my ignore list for over 6 months...took him off, and he pm'ed me the next day asking for help...wow how did he even remember me? i helped that guy on a mission once and hes been bugging me ever since(i dont like players that need help every 5 minutes)

the most ive ever had on the list was 4. i delete someone as soon as i cant remember who it was/what they were doing to piss me off

/signed anyway .. guess it can't do much harm , and in extreme circumstances , ie multiple accounts pming you i guess it's ok .

Incase you cant read...there are cases that have been posted like mine for example.
I have 1 person on perma ignore that has FIVE accounts. thats half my ignore list for 1 person. I tried taking him off once a week he would pm me every time.

Having a bigger ignore list doesnt hurt anyone but can benefit alot.

There's a lot of creepy males in GW that if I take them off ignore, they will PM me...even if it's 1 year down the road (it's happened...). And like someone else mentioned, some of these folk have 2-3 (or 5?) accouts.

I believe Anet did that in purposes. Try to think why do you log on Guild-War? We're here for Videogame, making friends, enjoy team-up or single play the game. NOT hating each other or pick-up kids fight. Right, I'm full aware there are ill-manner people, but we can easily just neglect them, instead of using bad languages to backfire them. Because those people actually want your ATTENTION.

We're here for videogames, if you find someone not nice, then leave them, or turn off the ALL-channel. (I turn off ALL channel in almost every area especially PvP ground)

I've seen people start express redundant common, or people easily join a conversation that's not necessary.... *for example if someone is braging about his money, or someone put a build u don't agree, or someone made a really silly comment on various issue..... People, we don't have to RESPONSE them and FIGHT them, this often just lead into a huge argument and WOULD u be HAPPY that way? No! Just LEAVE them alone! The more attention u gave them, the more they are satisfy!*

If Anet increase ignore list, this will make childish people start annoying people with private messages then instantly block them. Or somehow encourage people to hate each other. This totally defeat the purpose of playing and ENJOY an Online game! Anet spend load of time and energy to create a GAME not a Drama-ground.

Anet also have the report system in case if someone really cross the line with hatred languages, racism etc. So really.... we don't need too many Ignore list, and lets all focusing on the GAME PLAY, not GAME PERSONAL FIGHT.

Heh I guess you people are quite lucky, because in all the time I've played gw, I only have 4 people on perma iggy.
